MND hold 14% under they're own name and a further 6% through nominee accounts. Therefore their total holding is 20%. If they want more, they'll have to launch a takeover.

They were sounding out sellers for $1 a share in the company 2010/2011... Their attempts failed and since then the equity in the company has bulged another 30%. MND are quite silly, I was willing to offload for $1.50 back then, and now I'd ask for $1.80 minimum :) You snooze you looze.
