    If your referring to Wooden Cross...50/50...

    If your talking about Shell...depends ....if I have a spare $12 billion...$63 million...lets call it $150 mill.is chicken feed to me....and would probably be enough for most shareholders to approve...not very happily...but...if the alternative is to sit around at 5.5 cents for the next umpteen years...maybe there are better opportunities out there...
