the merely state that trading range was 20 -39 with mid point 29 - but this is far from a proper valuation - i would point out they are paying big $ for an expert to provide a fair valuation and this is just a nonsense.
however it would appear that there is little chance of seeing a higher offer now.
But if Xingang dont get 50% then it is likely they will make another tilt at a higher price some time in the future, but who would know.........
