Last time I traded a stock that was capped like this was KAR.
Karoon gas for ages was trying to break the 27centish mark. It had the story, yet the run would always be short lived and then bam some big seller would appear.
Then when it broke it, she went up 400% to $1.10 in a month :o) (first to 40cents ish then to $1.10)
They were the days.
Not trying to ramp this. Just had that thought when viewing the chart
