    Why would it be anything bad? We should be moving forward.
    We should be expecting an announcement on some variant of moving forward.
    Hopefully the delay is to get things done right and not rushed.
    There was a delay in the surprise results and they are encouraging.
    Hopefully this is the case on Monday.
