The response is invitation to you get a takeovers lawyer to put your application onto a formal Application (see the Panel's Rules:

You have to pay the fee, otherwise the Panel is bound to refuse to initiate proceedings.

The Panel is extremely fast and not like a Court at all.

Follow the form and provide the evidence. All you need re Luk is BRM and WNI's own announcements. Simple.

You don't need a lawyer but you need to get the Application in proper form. If you can put up a reasonable effort on the evidence that looks like it needs an investigation, then they will go hunting for answers.
