Forget about damages etc under any guise of the NTMA settlement. imo

Get those declarations, I say. They rely on and indicate the strength of AGS's claim going forward with the M&D C Matter imo

The Status update page re NTMA listed the "matters sought" but who knows what is ageed to! A grey area! Now.imo

Now do all see why I have been posting that the confidentiality clause is a sham with no regard to AGS share-holders. Share-holders need to know IF those declarations are in place with any agreement and registering of the NTMA!?
