Infomedia Launches New Web-Based Solutions for Fixed Operations Departments
PLYMOUTH, MI, January 31, 2012– Infomedia, selling systems creator for the automotive fixed-operations , will unveil the latest solution for dealership at National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo February 4-6. It will launch the web-based Superservice™ in North America. The online system allows dealers to complete a thorough multi point inspection and provide precision service and repair quotations in mere moments.
Superservice represents an emerging computer technology to deliver OE parts and service data compiled from global manufacturing sources. As a web-based application, Superservice has the advantage of automatic updates that requires no action by the user as well as the freedom of mobility to use the product from any tablet or computer, whether in the bay or at home. “We’ve invested more than three years of intense software application and information development to create what we believe will be the most precise service repair and maintenance selling system available in the US.,” Said Dan Stedem, Vice President of IFM North America.
Superservice’s Precision QuotingSM Menus™ system creates certainty and confidence for dealership service customers. It’s Triage™ multipoint inspection and statistics functionality will contribute big breakthroughs in the US selling service in an informative way, as it has overseas.
The interaction of Superservice’s precision menus and fully integrated vehicle inspection functionality empowers the relationship between dealer and service customer with certainty, accuracy and transparence. Collectively that rebuilds a bridge of trust between customer and dealer that is all too often warn away before the expiry of the vehicle’s warranty. This is well established in Europe and Australia where Infomedia have trialed and launched the system before bringing it to US dealers.
Superservice joins a suite of web based products offered by Infomedia, including the flagship product Microcat LIVE™ electronic parts catalogue (EPC) and Microcat PartsBridge, wholesale part sales software. Dan Stedem explains, “Technology is becoming an essential piece of fixed operations selling and productivity management. It’s not just the new and used car sales team that needs to consider their internet use. Fixed operations departments can really bolster the trust and loyalty of service customers Superservice and Microcat LIVE. “
Superservice launches into the United States, initially supporting General Motors, Chrysler, and Toyota dealers.
