    "Now is is great time to buy VIL"....this is always something that is said yet the management always seems to stuff things up and appear happy to float at the current dismal price. Why wouldn't they respect the SH a little (or a lot) more and sort out the issues and capital raise when the price is better? Back draw for me. Can't exactly get out now without a loss hence my LT Sell sediment.
