Perhaps they could take over the company but retain original PB staff to continue with plans and scheduled work as normal and as planned.
I'd say the prima team would likely be kept in my view - with some exceptions and some roles/positions possibly being terminated and or created.......Just my uneducated thoughts on the matter.
