hey cowboy, others
this is what i've got...
there are two lots of shares out there
LJC and Patto's
LJC's shares are shown in appendix 3B issued 15/12/11
they have 557,103 at .359
if you think that is a bearing on the sp, perhaps so
however, LJC's shares were issued mid december
the sp rose from .50 to .63 shortly thereafter
it's a fair bet to suggest LJC sold their 557,103 issue to retail investors
so i'm suggesting the LJC overhang of 557,103 issued at .359 as ann'd in appendix 3B 15/12/11 are out of the way
moving onto the next mongrel dog's, we have Patto's
Patto's are vermin, but they know how to pump after the dump
12.5m shares were issued to mongrel-dog Patto's 18/01/12
the sp began the crash the very next day
at an issue price of .40 they would have been foolish not to sell, along with any other SI with an inside edge
noooooo, the share market is not rigged
noooooo, that's not fair to say that
"nothing to see here, move on punters"
anyway, those 12.5m shares were issued at .40
they come with one option for every two shares
each option is at an exercise price of .75 on or before expiry, dated 31/01/14
if you look at how many shares have traded since the 12.5m were issued at .40 it could be said they've not had the chance to offload anymore than 2m or so
now, there's nothing to say Patto's were even involved in the dump
i got out asap, and lucky me in the .60s
Patto's haven't had the chance to dump, or if they have they've dumped a mere 2m at best
who bought the shares on the way down?
crikey, doesn't anyone read ann's?
so it appears to me the game so far is this:
1) LJC are out of the way
2) Patto's and the SI's may have sold some of the 12.5m
3) at least 10m shares remain at issue price of .40
4) options for 2014 expiry at .75 are yet to be issued
let the games begin
