I did a quick search as you suggested, and found this on Bloomberg Business:

Please read the above: 11 years in CRA (Conzinc Riotinto Australia?) and other mining experience. Well qualified in his FML role IMHO, and we're very lucky to have him.

You mention disasters he has presided over, but did not mention he is a troubleshooter, whose job it was to fix disasters caused by others before he was called in. It appears his ability to fix disasters is being called into question by you, in a potentially slanderous manner! I don't feel your criticism is fair, honest or helpful. Is your motive to down ramp??? You are out of line IMHO and I suggest you apologise.
