Lets' put it in this way my friend. I don't think that JH will be such a fool to be issuing shares at a discount now that an SPP has just been completed at a set price. I wouldn't like to be in his shoes if he did, because the media will have a field day with him, and with already a first strike against the Board.

I believe that the issue of new shares will be at the same price as the one just completed, and that is at the 5.5 cents or possibly at the current 6 cents level.

My way of thinking is that I tend to go with the issuing of shares to Pattos clients at the same price as for the SPP, and that is why he did it immeditaley following the closure of the last SPP which resulted in an oversubscription. NO one expected that, and IMHO, neither himself or Pattos did believe that to become possible. Especially since the SPP was already postponed for a couple of times for lack of acceptances/interest before.

Hence why one minute he issued an announcement via the ASX declaring that the SPP was succesfull, and immediately followed by another one telling the market that there is another "MaterialCapital Raising". If there was someone already waiting on the sideline prior to the maturing of teh SPP, IMO he wouldn't have worried about reminding us of the dead line for the SPP. IMO watch this space.
