I guess when you break it down, you have WISE management, who know how to budget, they require more money, but doing so will require a decent announcement, they understand this.
It is within their best interests to provide a positive announcement before a cap raising.
I said in the other thread that the 15th was the day but I had my dates confused with the agm (sorry)
We have already been told that Telstra is purchasing the payphones, I believe they may have been hoping to generate some interest from that announcement but have since realized they need news that reads "MAJOR CONTRACT SIGNED WITH ???" or "LARGE SCALE ROLL OUT PROVIDES PIE WITH $$$$"
