emphasises my opinion (for what it seems to be worth) that with regard to some issues it's impossible to draw such strict borderline - there's a very very fine line (sometimes) between general creeping into politics, or vice versa.
Hard for mods I know - almost impossible - but this moderation becomes unfair and unbalanced if strict rules are applied only to some, yet not others.
I don't think anyone TRIES to cross the boundaries to be difficult at all. It's just a natural blurring of the edges as to which is which, or there's some of both, as must happen with other topics too at times.
