I do not know the detail of it at all. But you only do a feasibility on known resources. There is a point at which you cut off further exploration and say: this is what we are going to appraise.
If it is the Copper Knickers deposit that was the subject of the feasibility then what exists at Copperknickers North and "the link" is irrelevant from a legal perspective. Otherwise feasibility studies would never finish as the geos would always want to drill more.... The wording of the original document will be important on this matter.
It is also important to think in legal terms what a judge will consider. If SMY slap an impressive Feasibility Document on the table and find experts to say that it meets all requirements then what will the judge think?
