If everything is as you say re. Coretack vs. Strange then, as a publicly listed company on the ASX, Coretrack via its Announcements to the market, has placed itself in a vulnerable position should the current tit-for-tat cross ASIC's desk.
For ASIC to show any interest a complaint would best be lodged by one of CKK's Top 20 shareholders; at least that is the impression I have from past experience.
I just hope in what will be a protracted judicial process the shareholders will not be treated as "excess baggage".
