In that instance Cygnet did the deal with Globe Drill and Coretrack direct. Cutting Terratherm out the deal. It's a dog eat dog world.

The GT3000 was the unfinished Terratherm GT2000 rig which they part paid for before the IP agreement was pulled and they lost the part finished rig.

What's happened to the GT5000 which is on the balance sheet as a $500k asset ? is that being claimed too ? Or is that just a pile of parts anyway.

I think Cygnets intentions in all this will tell us all we need to know. They really need to make their position known.
