What does is your understanding of how the waste is too be dealt with?
Berretta, I'm unsure whether you are implying it is a big problem or not. Personally, I don't think you need to be a rocket surgeon to think of a few straight forward solutions. All it would need is a "can do" attitude instead of this attitude that it is all too hard.
