My lay, over-simplified, translation:

Applicants/Plaintiffs = Us.
Respondents/Defendents = Them

Statement of Claim = What exactly is our complaint that we believe we should be compensated for with $.
Response/Defence = Their response to our claims.

So on 31 Jan Perram ordered:

1. We have to finalise the details of our complaint by 31 January. As previously ordered.

2. Three of Them (Kyling, Price and , not surprise surprise, WC. ) have to finalise Their response to our complaint by 10 April. (I assume all of the others of Them have already done this.)

3. Because We changed details of our complaint We have to pay some of the costs for some of Them.

5. 12 of Them tried to convince Perram that We have no legitimate complaint against them. Perram disagreed. Not surprising that WC was one of these 12.

8. We've done deals with 9 of Them. But We're waiting for a Judge/Official to approve of the deals.
