Ok, lets assume AGS and HG have done a deal that now satisfies AGS's conditions, and allows AGS to drop the legal cases, ie settled out of court. But, the condition of settlement is a confidentiality clause that cannot allow the details to be revealed. Why so? Why does there have to be this secrecy? As someone mentioned earlier this would be illegal, these events must be reported to the ASX for public companies. Any ideas?
