Perhaps you need to review your personality and/or manners????
Just an observation of mine, if a passenger is rude or demanding, they will be treated accordingly. If a passenger is nice and friendly, they usually receive good service. If you have been receiving rude, stale and inept service, perhaps there is a reason???
