I have to say that you are totally wrong with that comment. Not because it is wrong in itself, but because you are trying in making a comparison between an apple and a potato.

What on Earth has a "Sophisticated Investor" got to do with an ordinary shareholder that is participating in an SPP of CTP, or any other company for that matter. Especially when a Sophisticated Investor has access to certain market facilities that an ordinary investor hasn't.

The first part of your post was correct and worth some praise, but then you went totally offside with that last comment, and spoiled the whole show.
