    Just spoke with a broker and he too thinks the price is being hold between the 59cents and 61cents. Who and why are a mistery at this point, but it must be a big player. Recently it was Citi who traded/manipulated IGR a lot with their 12,5mln shares, but i though they sold their stake no?
