The Directors have resolved that, subject to compliance with the Corporations
Act 2001 and no APRA Condition existing in respect of the relevant Dividend
Payment Date, the Dividends set out below in respect of each of CPS1, CPS2
and CPS3 will be fully franked and paid on the relevant Dividend Payment Date
to those shareholders registered on the relevant Record Date.
