Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted
net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 January 2012, calculated on a
cum-income basis, was 1925p.

The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2012 of 11.7p
per share was paid on 5 January 2012 to shareholders registered on 9 December
2011.
