It's the Chinese way to screw everybody. That's their philosophy on working out deals with other companies. They will wait and wait and then wait somemore until they get the cheapest price and have to pay the least amount of money. You would not believe how lucky IFE/TRF/Shareholders are that they pulled out of the project and we are 100% aussie owned, even if it has meant delays, we are all the better off for it.
