This is an interesting (but long) read. Does not directly refer to Pek but it does open your eyes to the countless issues that affect the RE market. I'm not even concerned with how accurate it is - it just helps balance the thinking that there is never such a thing as a "sure bet". Still plenty of stars to line up for the beloved Pek!
