Consider my wish list on SD.
SD flows 1600 barrels/day based on info from fields around the area.
ADX has 51 million barrels in the ground.
Lets be conservative.
SD flows 1,000 barrels/day ( even 300/day is positive). ADX can only extract 10 million barrels over the life of the field.
So we drill 6 (includes SD) holes to get a flow rate of 6,000 barrels/day for 5 years.
Lets say that equates to net to the JV of $90 million us/year for 5 years (my guess).
ADX share (40%) is $36 million us/year.
ADX cap value is about $30 mil aus.
ADX JV Romania and offshore Tunisia.
No cap raising needed. No dilution.Cash flow positive.
Bloody good marketing story????
I am assuming a crude price of $100 us brent/barrel.
But this could be consevative. If captain America/Israil has there way,the middle east will be fixed big-time.
