    I am assuming, but I think its the last from CELTIC capital.
    The overhang from the CR.
    If I am correct, the large holders shares are now distributed to smaller investors, who may decide to hold on for a while...
    With the overhang gone...maybe, just maybe the shackles can be unlocked...
    Interesting 20 mill of the oppies at .001c...on the buy side
