re: Ann: Toro Energy Announces Share Purchase... Agreed 110% with BrighterSpark. Which long term loyal shareholder who participated in SSP at 15c got the change to get out?? We were all looking at brighter prospectus even when it traded above 15cents for short time.
More importantly as righly pointed:
"With a current cash balance of approximately $15 million, and the recently announced addition of $3.75 million consideration for the retirement of the Mt Woods uranium rights in South Australia, Toro is fully funded for its near term activities at the Wiluna and Theseus projects in Western Australia and looks forward to further progressing these in 2012 towards their full potential."
How come all of a sudden we are in need of $$ now. Wasn't this statement from management misleading to shareholders?
We may very shortly be trading again around 7.5cents.
