Thought I would give some key details regarding this cap raise.
Tomorrow if you buy new shares, you do not get any rights as tomorrow is the ex entitlement date. If you held CDD shares on Tuesday - you will be entitled to the rights.
If you don't want to take up your rights - make sure you sell them!!!
If you are taking up your rights, make sure you consider subscribing for as many top up shares as you can get cash together for, if you expect the new shares to remain a bargain - which I expect they will be. Last CDD cap raise, everybody who put up extra cash got their entitlement all over again up to about 4000 shares max. The CPB 2009 Cap Raise was similar to this one and people got 3 times their entitlement as top up shares. You may also possibly get no top-up shares at all. (And yes obviously - there are a lot of unfortunate shareholders out there who for various reasons will not take up their entitlement, and will not sell their rights.)

If you want to sell your rights, or if you want to take up the rights - you will need to do something - read the information booklet!

BTW don't rely on me - there is an information booklet on asx.com.au, and if this affects you - I may be mistaken about something - so check the facts for yourself.
