Thanks Bitzer, just that "things" had changed quite significantly since then on the diplomatic front and that might have deferred the ann.
Otherwise, why do we look like having to wait until this late for something that was done and dusted and so obvious?
Anyway, nice to see that our "doomsayer" has not only been proven very wrong (sales now @ .025) but has been moderated to rub salt into his wounds.
Today's action, albeit quite modest, still is none the less very encouraging. Might just be the doomsayer jumping back in before he misses the boat?
