    My understanding is that we are contributiong circa $30 million and ABSA the remaining $35 million dollars.

    The reason why we havent put our bit in yet is because we are waiting for the other deals to be settled (vanmag, SOIC-CDT etc).

    The structure is complicated but once all settled, all will be apparent and everyone will be "oh yeah, I can see how it has been structured".
