I think it has been orchestrated as I have said previously to give a nice $10mill worth of shares to underwriters. Whilst if true that would suck, on the upside they wouldn't be paying 60c a share if they didn't think it was going to move susbtabtially higher than that, so I think there will be a push upwards once the short-term price drifts downwards. It may take a little while to play out though.
