I was thinking more of middle-tier holders like myself(100k+)who took up their CR quota in the 25c issue.

The next 'selective' CR caused some consternation as I recall...people were unhappy with the issue price being too low and not being able to participate.There was suggestion that capping was going on at that time also (pre issue).

As there is more talk of CR circulating(HC),I wonder if its 'smoke = fire?

This has me thinking that if there is another CR on the horizon then perhaps its some brokers colluding to cap the stock resulting in a lower issued price(to them-sophisticated investors)???
