Bluffing or just plain dishonest??
PPY have not solved the problems that have been plaguing their technology and most importantly they are not even able to capitalise on the revenues that their "strategic" partners must be making from all those alleged sales of veneers into Europe and Egypt. Until there is revenue entering the treasury they have nothing of worth.
