I get the feeling (entirely unsubstantiated and my intuition is crap) that the distressed seller is almost out - and the long awaited resource statement is will be out in a few days too. My pick is that the smart money will be buying down here...
I agree with Enoch - get the seller out of the way first so we have a decent revaluation after the resource statement.
