Bubbles are only obvious in retrospect, so why some here say there's no bubble, no one actually knows, but the steep, nearly vertical climb in the gold price followed by a $400 plunge might be a clue.

Jones played tapes all day at his compound in the '70's and bombarded his herd with propaganda:
