re: Ann: WNI: Fulfilment of Foreign investmen... We should get the extension notice today - followed by a statement confirming the Director's shares + options as now belonging to the Sham. I expect this will push them up around 75% with a few more associates rolling theirs in.

WNI hasn't had a single trade since the 19th January - but I'm sure the FIRB took that into account when they assessed the integrity of the bid.
