I guess they needed to wait for T+3 before taking a snap shot of the register. Then they need to convert 1:10 and implement rounding. Notify the ASX and put out a cleansing notice for th efew extra shares that will result from the rounding.

Then update the register and dispatch new holding statement and give time for brokers/chess to update to new holding.

It does seem like things could be more automated and quicker, but all companies take same length. So its more about paperwork than anything KGL related.

The volumes and depth are a bit whack. But perhaps it was a good time of year to get it over with quietly. Then just get on with business.
