This is just a development update while things are in still progress. I suspect it may not have been issued if not because of the many emails from SH to Mark Diamond.
So the status quo is still exist for those who can accumulate for the anns that matter:
Pharma licensing, ATL1101 licensing/funding/investor, ATL1103 funding and commencement, ATL1102 licensing.
These are the anns that will see explosion of SP, warranted or not. IMO
