So AXM would suit a buyer who has a taxable profit on which they would like to reduce tax liabilities.
If AXM can successfully raise $20M, that could possibly trigger the takeover because then there would be $20M that the new owner wouldn't have to spend on Wiluna.
Still waiting on that announcement.
