    According to this article the satellites are intended to provide access for 200,000 homes

    - hence if they achieve a 50% take-up it should only cost circa $65,000 per household... of course this assumes that there aren't any budget blow-outs.

    It's all in the business plan ... LOL that's right there isn't one.
