Dave, isn't the point of it to provide equal speed for equal cost to all australians?
you've just said that the bush will not have the same speeds as the fibre networks and hence doesn't that take away some of these otherwordly benefits like doctor conferencing (reckon current speeds could cover about 95% of doctors visits via simple skype connection)
