    IP I for one would like to thank you for raising the points of your post(s). I am not able to answer your pertinent and insightful queries but will look forward to any reply that does so. I to support the sentiment that CRC management have done a mighty job in getting Dargues to this stage but also await the final financing package/ CR before committing more of my hard earned $.
