Chris Ullmann tonight, considering, I believe, he's married to a Labor pollie (is this accurate?) absolutely excelled himself with a brilliant display of truly objective journalistic excellence. And he was putting up with none of Gillard's rambling nonsense. (He'll be off her Christmas Card list!)
Nearly fell off the chair with shock - integrity and grit and an impatience with the never answered direct questions - a ray of hope in an otherwise dreary world of sycophantic head nodding mediocre head nodders.
This bloke could be pure gold. Cutting through the usual BS - from either side. Someone needs to take on Gillard and her "never answer the question" smarm. Let's see how he matures.
And no vitriol - just wasn't taking any rubbishy dodging from her.
