- Nearby land valuation at $17-21k base price undeveloped have us at 6.6c a share excluding asstes outside PB.
Production based valuation is a whole new ball game

- Valuation as a result os first 5 well results ( or at least 4

- JV/Asset sales will establish core value of our assets, and potentially see a value rerat

- Horizontal drill result through March will be a potentially large price trigger if successful

Near term - Down

- SPP share dump as commence over the last week

- A dilutionary conerstone style investment that pushes shareholders to one side


I am happy with the potential, but must admit very nervous re my oppies. Just feel August is goning to be a couple of months short
