Quite a few settlement disputes are resolved and not too many come without a confidentiality clause.

This is nothing but positive for AGS after a long time in the doldrums.

Money talks and up 12% (probably just traders for now on the news as most serious holders were set way before now).

Kudos to management if they can get an announcement out regarding license to mine and a timeline for what to expect now.

AGS was a strong U308 play for a while there and given the recent run of a few others in the u308 vertical AGS have some catching up to do now. Strong for long!
