Totally agree with you guys, a raising that allows holders to participate sounds like a good supplement/backup to debt. Hopefully any potential lender doesn't get too much equity, maybe that's what Ian's juggling. Geez I learn a lot from you people on HC, a heart felt thank you to the IFE posters of the last few years. There's been some excellent questions and great input!!
Good point Kermit, how do you ensure full participation in the March oppies whilst the prospect of more equity raising hangs over holder's heads? You've nailed it re drip feeding info, and Thadius mentioned this a week or so ago after speaking with Ian. As Dirrimhu (spelling?) mentioned there's still plenty of updates due/to come re port and it's operation, so one a week ish for 4 - 6 weeks will hopefully keep the oppies in the money, I guess a part debt/equity finance package will take care of all together if the terms are agreeable to existing oppie holders.
I want more equity and a discount to market with no brokerage is always good!! Just need to find some more money!!!
